His team, Diamond, walked me through the system and always responded quickly, with very gracious responses. Tim almost seemed like family in his concern that I really understood the Reverse Mortgage process, which I think is a challenge. I felt assured that he was really "in my corner" as he dealt with me. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and patient. If anything comes up as the Loan progresses I feel confident he will help me through my concerns. I couldn't have been more pleased.

We tried to manage our debt but at time in our lives great hardship, we couldn't handle our expenses. He helped us get a loan with his kindness and expertise even if our home wasn't appraised at the amount the city charges property taxes. He worked it out, manage to relief our stress and live in our home. Thank you Tim , we would recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Tim Otto.

Starting with our initial inquiry call, to meeting with the family in person to learn more about the reverse mortgage product and helping us understand the different options that were available, through gathering all the required documents for the loan to the closing . We were able to get rid of our monthly mortgage payment and draw $1000 per month plus have a large equity loan that we can pull from if we need to. Reverse mortgages is the way to go! The whole family loved working with Tim! We would highly recommend him!
