Weather has a way of exposing things in our homes.
Storms can reveal a weak tree.
Heavy rain can reveal drainage issues.
High winds can reveal loose shingles.
Extreme temperatures can reveal maintenance that has been put off a little too long.
The weather doesn’t usually create those problems.
It simply exposes things that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.
That’s why paying attention to the little things matters.
Small issues are usually much easier to handle when they’re caught early. Ignoring them rarely makes them less expensive.
The expensive repairs are often the result of little problems that went unnoticed for too long.
That’s one of the reasons we’re always paying attention to the details.
SAX Tip: After severe weather, take a few minutes to walk your property. Look for damaged limbs, standing water, loose shingles, clogged gutters, leaning trees, or anything else that seems different than it did before.
A quick inspection today can help prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow.
