We're proud to salute our service men and women. In October, our Boulder Bankers in Mountain View are honoring Bruce Winter.

Raised in California, he proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Yorktown during the Vietnam War. He earned multiple military honors, including the Vietnam Service Medal with four stars, before being honorably discharged on December 15, 1967. Following his service, he built a successful career in the construction industry.

Alongside his wife of more than 60 years, Kathleen, Bruce raised a family and eventually made Mountain View his home. A dedicated advocate for veterans, he has spent decades serving through organizations like the American Legion, VFW, and the DAV, where he continues to drive fellow veterans to essential appointments.
