It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me.
The Associate Partner Program wasn’t just a milestone, it was a test of discipline, resilience, and commitment over a long stretch of time. There were early mornings, long days, late nights, tough conversations, and moments where growth was uncomfortable… but that’s exactly what made it worth it.
I’m incredibly grateful for every facilitator who poured into us throughout this process. Your experience, perspective, and willingness to invest in our development made a lasting impact that I’ll carry forward.
To my peers, going through this alongside you made all the difference. The accountability, the shared challenges, and the wins we celebrated together are something I’ll always value.
To my team, thank you for trusting me, growing with me, and showing up every single day. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and even more excited for what we’re continuing to build.
And to my Managing Partner, Luke, thank you for your leadership, your belief in me, and for consistently pushing me to think bigger and operate at a higher level.
I’m proud to step into the role of Partner, but more importantly, I’m humbled by what it took to get here.
And the truth is, this is just the beginning. There’s more to build, more people to impact, and a much bigger vision ahead.
