Looking for a career—not a cold-calling job?
We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and solving problems.
There is NO cold calling. You’ll work with existing clients, referrals, and incoming customers to help them find the right coverage and make sure they’re properly protected.
What You’ll Do
Help clients with auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance needs
Service existing accounts and build strong client relationships
Review coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
Quote and bind policies from warm leads, referrals, calls, and walk-ins
Help retain clients when rates change by finding better coverage options
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Someone friendly, dependable, and great with people
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
An active P&C license is a plus, but we will help the right person become licensed
Spanish/English bilingual is strongly preferred, but not required
Experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or administration is a plus
