Please join us in welcoming Russ Salerno to the team as our new SVP, Operational Risk Manager!

Russ brings 16 years of banking experience and a leadership philosophy rooted in putting his team and customers first. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he also played football, Russ grew up in Orlando, Florida and carries that strong team mindset into everything he does.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with family, exercising, reading, serving at church, and playing the drums. He and his wife, Yvette, have been married for 32 years and have two children—Dalton (27) and Danielle (22)—along with their new micro Goldendoodle, Andy (named after Andy Griffith, his favorite show). He also previously served as Pit Crew Coordinator for NASCAR’s Dale Jarrett (UPS Racing Team) and has been privileged to serve as an international evangelical missionary in Romania and Bulgaria.
