They may be taking their time, but that's not always hesitation. Sometimes it's just being thoughtful.

“I should wait until the market gets better.”

After years in this business, I've learned that a lot of buyers make decisions based on things they heard rather than what actually applies to their situation. That's why I always encourage people to ask before assuming.
