JTS congratulates Doctors Medical Center of Walton County and Northwest Florida Health Council, partners in the Northwest Florida Rural Health Collaborative's Rural Health Transformation Program grant award. We are proud to have played a role in this important effort!

Jennifer Horn, JTS Grant Administrator represented Doctors Medical Center and worked with Kyle Merritt and Walter Arrington to complete the collaborative application for all 15 partners—securing more than $46 million for Northwest Florida. She now serves as project lead for DMC’s implementation. We look forward to what this partnership delivers!
