Today, our very own Ben Shuffield (VP of Retail Sales), Sindhu Pillai (VP of Global Quality Assurance and Compliance), and Kristin Jones (Director of R&D) visited the University of Arkansas to speak with students at the Food Science School.

They shared what a career in the beverage industry looks like, from quality and compliance to product development to sales, and what it means to build that career right here in Arkansas.

Congratulations to our Co-Founder and Chairman, Joe Ford!

Joe is being honored with the inaugural Seed Legacy Award at the Pulaski County Sheriff's Prevention and Re-entry Foundation dinner on Aug. 27, recognizing his longstanding support of the CSI Re-entry Program, which has helped over 1,000 participants successfully rejoin their communities with a recidivism rate around 8% — far below the national average.

"His greatest gift is his heart," said Sheriff Eric Higgins.

39% Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA growth. Free cash flow positive a quarter early.

Three years ago, we set out to build North America's largest Roast-to-Ready-to-Drink coffee platform. Today, that vision has become a cash-generating platform executing at scale, with a strong team again delivering record results.

Q2 2026 marked our fifth consecutive quarter of year-over-year Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA growth, up nearly 39% to $21.3 million. We're also free cash flow positive a quarter ahead of schedule.

These results reflect a few core strengths:

Six fully commercialized, state-of-the-art facilities located in strategic geographic areas

A vertically integrated platform spanning green bean sourcing to finished product

Decades of expertise in coffee, tea, and extracts

Progress toward an AI-native operating core, with Palantir Foundry giving our teams real-time visibility across manufacturing, logistics, and planning

Building the Conway RTD plant is behind us, and our focus is on growing with our customers and partners across all our manufacturing facilities. The platform now funds its own growth, and every customer we bring on supports the small-holder farming families our mission was built to serve.

That's why yesterday, a group of our employees rolled up their sleeves to volunteer with the Junior League of Little Rock's Stuff the Bus initiative!

Each year, thousands of Little Rock School District students start the school year without the basic supplies they need to succeed. Stuff the Bus works to change that — collecting, assembling, and delivering school supplies to elementary students across the district who need it most.

Just as we invest in empowering the farming communities behind our coffee, we're proud to invest in our own backyard — supporting the next generation right here in Little Rock. It's the same value in action: creating opportunity, wherever we can make a difference.
