๐ŸŽ‰ Today marked a significant milestone for Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. (AEDD).

โœ‚๏ธ๐ŸŽ€ We cut a ribbon at their non-congregate shelter housing location in Cabot, AR.

๐Ÿ™Œ This was the first of three locations that ADFA helped with grant funding totaling over $4.6 million to make this vision possible. We are excited to see this project come to light!

๐ŸŽŠ We are so proud of this accomplishment & what it means for AEDD & their clients. We canโ€™t wait to celebrate the locations in Lonoke & Argenta with you!

๐Ÿค“ Did you know?! ๐Ÿก ๐Ÿ”‘

๐Ÿคฏ There are 30 Targeted Counties in Arkansas that qualify for ADFAโ€™s StartSmart Program!

โ–ถ๏ธ This means that 30 counties out of 75 total counties in Arkansas are considered Low to Moderate Income Counties. That is 40%! ๐Ÿ‘€

๐Ÿ™Œ Of course we can still lend in all 75 counties, but you can qualify for our StartSmart program in 30 of these counties WITHOUT having to be a first-time homebuyer!

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Another way to qualify for StartSmart without being a first-time homebuyer is by being a Veteran or spouse of a Veteran.

โšพ๏ธ Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

The Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas, along with our industry partners, gathered together to cheer on the Arkansas Travelers, network, and have the best social outing.

And the weather was perfect last night at Dickey-Stephens Park with temps ranging from low to mid 70s with a great overcast & gentle breeze.

You just canโ€™t beat a night of baseball, fellowship, networking, ballpark food, laughter, and fun!

Play Ball!

ADFA was proud to serve as a sponsor of the 2026 Great River MBA Conference (GRC26) in Memphis, TN. It was an impressive gathering of mortgage professionals from Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee united around this year's theme: Better Together.

The Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Luncheon brought two milestones for ADFA.

We presented our ADFA Loan Officer of the Year Award to Hunter Strong of FirstTrust Home Loans, who led all ADFA loan officers in 2025 with 66 closed loans totaling more than $11.3 million! This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to his commitment to Arkansas homebuyers.

We also celebrated Ginger Duncan, ADFA's Director of Outreach, who was sworn in as a new 2026-2027 board member of the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association.

Congratulations to Hunter and Ginger, and thank you to everyone who joined us in Memphis. We look forward to continuing these partnerships in the year ahead.
