If you’re involved in an auto accident, make sure to collect:
• Full name of the other driver
• Phone number & address
• Driver’s license number
• Insurance company & policy number
• Vehicle details (make, model, year, plate)
•Police report number and Police department name —
Please remember, the card the police give you does NOT include any information about the other parties, so you must collect the above details to speed up the claims process
• Witness information if any
