How do you fix the problem? 1) Change providers, but you have confidence and trust in your current providers? 2) Use the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period to research different Medicare Advantage plans.

On the cusp of August 2023. Almost all 2024 Medicare Certifications have been completed.

Retired state employees using the state's health insurance will need to enroll in a Medicare Part D - Prescription Drug Plan for 2021.

Be Cautious: Please do not be tempted by Medicare Advantage television commercials. There isn't enough information to make an informed decision. If you deal directly with one company they cannot compare benefits to other company's plans.

It is best to deal with an experienced, professional independent agent.

How much does Medicare Part A cost?

Most people do not pay a premium for Part A because they (or their spouse) paid for it while they worked. Generally 40 working quarters of paying Social Security and Medicare taxes.
