Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Marketing/ Placement of insurance coverage, both new and renewal.
• Prepare proposals for client meetings.
• Prepare invoicing for policies and endorsements.
• Prepare binders and other deliverables to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Education and/ or Experience
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus four years related experience and/ or training. Or ivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email and the Internet. Ability to learn and operate additional software.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Arkansas General Lines Agent Insurance License
Continuing Education- 30 Hours every two years
Preferred Certificates, License and Registrations
Insurance designations such as CISR, ACSR, CIC, etc.- Or working towards the designations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to write legibly, ability to organize; ability to communicate tactfully and effectively both orally and in writing with persons in various geographic areas and economic levels; ability to work effectively under time constraints; cheerful, helpful and professional attitude.

Microsoft Excel, Word, typing, 10-key, PowerPoint
