We are hiring for an Escrow Assistant at our Old Cantrell location.

General tasks: assisting Escrow Officer with general clerical work; assist with correspondence/phone calls with lenders, attorneys, realtors, and other real estate professionals; assist in preparing for real estate closings; other tasks as needed.

Pay dependent on experience; some escrow/title background is a plus, but is not required.

Employer paid health benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation (after one year of employment), among other benefits.

Job Description: Researching real estate records, gathering pertinent documents/information related to the subject property, compiling findings into a Title Commitment/Report.

Skills: Attention to detail, research and analytical abilities, familiarity with Microsoft Office, etc.

Pay dependent on experience. A background in the Title industry is a plus, but is not required.
