So…got a call from a client today, asking if I thought he needed to file a claim on his roof! He went on to say that a roofer was riding through his neighborhood, and spotted damage to his roof… (Sounds like a nice roofer). Roofer said it looked like wind/hail damage, problem is insured has changed carriers 3 times, and has no idea when the damage occurred. FB family…what should he do? If you don’t know the answer speak with your professional or give me a call.

Its officially the first day of Spring. We can appreciate this change in seasons so much more given the "exciting" winter that we have experienced. Its the perfect time to renew, reflect, and reassess those goals we made at the beginning of the year. What are your Spring goals?
