Which loan program is right for you?

Understanding your options can make a big difference in your home-buying journey. Here’s a quick overview:

🔹 0% Down: For eligible veterans and active-duty service members, VA Loans offer 0% down payment options. USDA loans also provide this benefit for qualifying rural properties!

🔹 3% Down: Conventional loans can start as low as 3% down, making homeownership more accessible for many buyers.

🔹 3.5% Down: If you have a credit score of at least 580, you can qualify for an FHA loan with just a 3.5% down payment, perfect for first-time homebuyers!

🔹 5-10% Down: Jumbo loans are designed for high-value properties, and typically require a down payment of 5% to 10% depending on the lender and your financial profile.
