🚨 ANOTHER $16,000 BOND SAVED! 🚨

A second chance comes with one major responsibility: SHOW UP FOR COURT.

We bonded Mrs. Pless out on January 6, 2026, on charges involving possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl. She missed court on June 1, and we received the bond forfeiture notice on June 11. She also still owed a balance on her bond.

The final judgment date was November 9, 2026—meaning we had $16,000 on the line if the forfeiture wasn’t resolved.

When you miss court, ignoring it won’t make it disappear. You have options:

⚖️ Contact your attorney. They may be able to help you address the missed court date.

📞 Contact your bondsman. We would much rather work toward a solution than spend months trying to locate you.

BACK AGAINST THE WALL. $50,000 ON THE LINE. QUITTING WAS NEVER AN OPTION. 💪

One month remained before a $50,000 bond could become a loss for my business. With a second knee surgery approaching, I knew my time to get this handled was even shorter.

The answer I kept hearing? “Nobody has seen him.” His mother, his father, the cosigner—no one could tell me where he was.

So I kept working.

48 hours. Around the clock. No sleep. Following leads until I finally located Mr. Smothers in Waxhaw at his grandmother’s house.

After six years of bonding him out, it should have never come to this. But experience teaches you that years of helping someone don’t guarantee they’ll do right by you. Friendship, business relationships, history—none of it replaces accountability. Stay on your toes, know your boundaries, and never let someone else’s decisions control your future.

August 3rd…

Every year this date weighs heavy on my heart.

Today marks the day I lost my best friend, my hero, my mentor… my Pops, Ben Huss.

Ben believed in me before I believed in myself. He taught me this business the right way. As we were transporting him to jail, he suddenly began experiencing what appeared to be either a seizure or a possible overdose. Regardless of the circumstances, every life matters, and we took every precaution to make sure he received immediate medical attention.
