📢 We’re Hiring: Benefits Client Manager | Lincoln/Omaha Area
We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Client Manager to join our growing team in the Lincoln/Omaha area!
In this role, you’ll serve as a primary service contact for a book of benefits clients, providing guidance, support, and exceptional service throughout the plan year. You’ll work closely with Benefits Risk Advisors, carrier partners, and internal teams to manage:
• Renewals and enrollment
• Quoting and benefit administration
• Claims support and carrier communication
• Client follow-up and ongoing service needs
The primary focus is group benefits, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in Individual Medical, ACA Marketplace, and Medicare as the department grows.
