Storm Damage? ⚠️
With the recent storms in the area, you may have already had a contractor knock on your door offering a "free roof inspection." Before you sign anything, please keep these tips in mind:
🚫 Don't sign on the spot. Be cautious of anyone pressuring you to sign a contract or "authorization form" right away. Some of these forms hand over control of your insurance claim.
📞 Call us first. Before scheduling repairs or inspections, give us a call. We'll walk you through your coverage and the proper claims process so nothing gets missed.
🔨 Use a reputable, local, insured contractor. Out-of-area "storm chasers" often disappear after the work is done...or before! Choose a contractor who is licensed, insured, and has a track record in our community.
📋 Get it in writing, and get more than one estimate. A trustworthy contractor won't rush you.
