Many of you have probably heard of the changes State Farm will be making to Agent's contracts starting in 2028. Currently there are 3 different contracts all with differing commission levels. Starting in 2028 State Farm will be implementing one contract for all Agents. It is anticipated that some of the 19,000 Agents will not sign and choose to retire and may receive a severance payment. I plan to sign the Agent Agreement 2028 as I still do not plan to retire until I am 70yo in 2032. My Team & I look forward to continuing to provide our PHs excellent service at a competitive price. We greatly appreciate their business and will continue to offer: Auto, Fire, & Life Insurance products.

If you have a basement with a sump pump and experience water backing up through your sump pump as a result of all the rain we have had, and you do not have Sewer & Drain Back Up Endorsement, you have NO COVERAGE to clean up the water in your basement. Whenever we quote a Homeowners Policy, we ask questions to determine if you need S&D Back up Endorsement. Many people do not want to pay the extra $100 -$250/year.
