Arrow Capital was incredibly proud to sponsor the annual Havelock Rock the Block event last weekend, hosted by J-Tech Construction!

The House That Started It All

Right after college, Arrow's managing partner bought and moved into this exact home. Over the years, this house became so much more than just an asset. It holds a deeply special place in the hearts of the Arrow family. It’s been:

🛋️ The ultimate hangout spot for friends and family.

🧳 A home to several members of the Arrow team

👶 The very first home for an Arrow baby!

As our team grew, so did the purpose of this house. For two decades, it served as a trusted rental property under Arrow Property Management. Improved over the years thanks to the hard work and dedication of Arrow Working Group and Arrow Exteriors & Grounds. And today, the circle is officially complete. We are proud to announce that this incredible property has been officially sold by Arrow Brokerage.

Thank you to everyone who lived in, worked on, and loved this home over the last 20 years. It’s bitter-sweet to see it go!
