Morgan is an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at West Gate Bank with nine years of experience in the banking industry, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and community-focused customer service. Throughout her career, she has been committed to building meaningful relationships, developing team members, and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented support to both clients and colleagues.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Human Rights from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. In addition, they have completed the Empowering Leadership Program (2025) and the Lincoln Police Department Citizens Academy (2025), experiences that reflect a continued dedication to leadership development and community involvement.
