Congratulations to Dwayne Marvin on 10 years with First State!

For the past decade, Dwayne has been a dedicated member of our team, serving as a Senior Commercial Lender and building strong relationships with the customers he serves. His experience, commitment, and relationship-focused approach have made him a valued part of First State.

When Dwayne joined First State 10 years ago, he was looking for a locally owned bank with a strong culture where bankers could grow, succeed, and make a difference for their customers. Today, some of his favorite things about First State continue to be the people he works alongside, our local ownership and decision-making, and the ability to provide customers with personalized service.

Looking ahead, Dwayne is excited to continue serving his clients while also helping develop and mentor the talented young bankers who will help shape the future of First State.
