Years ago we were lucky enough to have Stephanie Matejka as our agent. However, Stephanie worked for a different Insurance company at the time. As years past, along the way we changed Insurance companies, but never really had the connection with any of our agents that I personally felt with Stephanie. Stephanie took interest in our family and she knew our boys by their first names, and how old they were. Most importantly, I had had my first car accident while she was our agent. I immediately called her from the accident site (scared and didn't know what to do), Stephanie was very professional, calmed me down and was able to guide me through the process of my fender bender.
Fast forward 4-5years....I walked into Advantage Insurance for reasons related to my current place of employment and there she was. It was a no brainer, we changed insurance right away and we will never go without her! She jokingly says that she's paid to worry for her customers, and she does just that. She leaves zero rocks unturned when it comes to educating her clients and making sure they understand their insurance policies. Let's face it, insurance can change your life in a blink of an eye.
Oct 2023 - I wrote the review above at least 3 years ago. Stephanie Matejka is still our go to gal for insurance and we LOVE her! Stephanie always answers our questions in a timely manner and is willing to educate her customers on what is needed.
