These before and after photos are a reminder of what vision, hard work, and an incredible team can accomplish. It’s amazing to look back at where this house started just 2 months ago compared to where it is today.

This home was fortunate enough to find its new owners before ever hitting the market, and we’re excited to be closing this Friday. Congratulations to the buyers! We hope this home brings you years of happiness and unforgettable memories.

Tomorrow is officially closing day for Bauman Ave.

Over a year ago, I bought this house in North Omaha. It has now won the award for the longest flip I’ve ever held, and there were definitely times I wondered if the finish would line would ever come!

Every project has its own story, and this one taught me a lot about patience, perseverance, and trusting the process. Seeing where this home started compared to where it is today makes all the hard work worth it.

Tomorrow, my chapter with this house comes to an end, but another family’s story is just beginning. That’s one of the most rewarding parts of this business—taking a house that needed a second chance and turning it into a place someone is proud to call home.

Who else does it for the before and afters?! 🤩 Take a look at some before and afters of our most recent project! Our typical turn around time is 1-2 months but this one took us a little longer. Some hiccups along the way but nothing we couldn’t over come. The final product is shining 🌟 and the buyers are thrilled to move in! Let us know your thoughts!
