About Amber:
I consider being raised in Ada, Ohio a blessing. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Nick Simon, and we have raised our four amazing children here.
My parents raised me in a life of faith and service to others, instilling a strong and honest work ethic. Because of that, I have worn many hats—from local EMT to preschool aide to booster club treasurer. Nick and I started a 5th Quarter event that is now in its sixth year as a way to give back to our hometown. I currently serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals. Being appointed to represent the people of Ada in zoning appeals is an honor.
Nick and I’s most recent business endeavor was opening the local coffee shop and gym. We enjoyed serving our community for five years through coffee and weights. When it came time to transition, I was involved in the sale and closing of that multi-business venture. Proudly, the businesses are still part of the Ada community.
