Que pena que FHA decidió parar de ofrecer préstamos a los que tiene permiso de trabajo (efectivo 5/27/2025).

Yo pienso que alguien va pelear eso porqué yo pienso que es una manera de discriminación.

So sad that FHA decided to stop financing for those with work permits (effective 5/27/2025).

I think someone or some agency will fight this because I feel as if it’s discriminatory.

Es importante que la persona haciendo sus impuestos sabe lo que están haciendo, especialmente cuando comprando una casa porque los bancos miran varias cosas.
Ejemplo que no debes hacer:
- no poner el código al respeto del negocio o usando el código incorrecto
- Usando una compañía registrada que no es suyo
- Si la compañía está pagando el auto, no reportando los pagos como un deducción.
- Deduciendo hijos que no son suyos.

Yo también puedo hacer taxes (PTIN P03135228) pero es mejor que me encargo solo en haciendo el préstamo.
