It can sometimes feel impossible to manage all the demands life throws our way while also making time for activities that improve our physical and mental health. But Shonda Rhimes reminds us that it's essential to prioritize ourselves by saying "yes" to taking care of ourselves instead of always putting others first. Whether it's setting boundaries around how much time we spend on work or dedicating time for exercise and relaxation, we can all commit to ourselves during Women's Health Month. After all, we can't give our best if we don't take care of ourselves first!
