I deliver high quality, responsive service to my clients on a daily basis and have a team who help with our clients day-to-day service needs. I am responsible for annual open enrollments, new hires, claims, reports and any other service required.

Volunteer - Cancer Ambassador for Missouri West Children's Cancer and Blood Disorder in Atlanta, GA 2006 to 2012 and again September 2018 to present • I helped accelerate a nationwide holiday duck drive with a strong local presence leading to a portion of the earnings going to our local Children's Mercy Hospital Cancer and Blood Disorder Department • I have initiated and lead a Hats & Gloves drive for Children's Mercy Hospital • I have initiated and lead Blanket Drives for Children's Mercy Hospital • Help generate monthly donations
