C'est La Vie is on the move!

If you've driven down Mill Street recently, you might have noticed a new art piece has been installed outside Franklin Elementary School. The LAC purchased C'est La Vie in 2023 as a traveling sculpture to be displayed at various locations around Liberty. Its first stop was at Mid-Continent Public Library - Withers Branch.
