🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: MISSION AVENUE FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS 🚧

The City of Liberty Lake will soon begin construction on the Mission Avenue Frontage Improvements Project. This project will improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and stormwater infrastructure along the south side of Mission Avenue between N Aladdin Road and Selkirk Middle School.

🚶 What is being improved?

The project includes:

• Installation of new sidewalks
• New stormwater infrastructure
• Improvements to meet current ADA accessibility standards
• Reconstruction of several driveways where the new sidewalk crosses in front of them

🌳 What about landscaping?
Any privately owned landscaping that is damaged or needs to be removed as part of the project will be replaced by the City.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PROPERTY ACCESS NOTICE

Residents who currently access the back of their property directly from the south side of Mission Avenue will no longer be able to do so once the project is complete. If you currently use Mission Avenue for rear property access, please make the necessary arrangements before construction begins on September 8.
