ā¤ļø I donāt ask for help very often, but today I am.
Starting Bond Insurance Agency has been one of the biggest leaps of faith Iāve ever taken.
Itās excitingā¦ but if Iām being completely honest, itās also been scary, stressful, and humbling.
There are days I feel confident, and there are days I wonder if Iām doing enough. Building a business from the ground up isnāt glamorous. Itās long days, late nights, constant learning, and a whole lot of faith.
I donāt usually share that side of things because social media tends to show everyoneās highlight reel. But I promised myself that if I was going to build this business, I was going to do it honestly.
Even after more than 20 years in the insurance industry, Iām still learning every single day. Thatās one of the things I love about this profession. Every family is different. Every business has different needs. Every conversation teaches me something new and helps me become a better agent.
