“Does my insurance cover a rental car?”

The short answer? In most cases, yes — but there are a few things you’ll want to know before you automatically say “no thanks” (or “yes!”) to the extra coverage at the rental counter.

Your liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage may extend to a rental vehicle, generally subject to the same limits and deductibles on your policy. But every policy—and every rental situation—is a little different.

❤️ I don’t ask for help very often, but today I am.

Starting Bond Insurance Agency has been one of the biggest leaps of faith I’ve ever taken.

It’s exciting… but if I’m being completely honest, it’s also been scary, stressful, and humbling.

There are days I feel confident, and there are days I wonder if I’m doing enough. Building a business from the ground up isn’t glamorous. It’s long days, late nights, constant learning, and a whole lot of faith.

I don’t usually share that side of things because social media tends to show everyone’s highlight reel. But I promised myself that if I was going to build this business, I was going to do it honestly.

Even after more than 20 years in the insurance industry, I’m still learning every single day. That’s one of the things I love about this profession. Every family is different. Every business has different needs. Every conversation teaches me something new and helps me become a better agent.

So today, I have one simple favor to ask.
