Most business owners spend years building enterprise value and almost no time planning for what happens after they sell it. The deal closes, the wire hits the account, and suddenly the thing that structured their days — and often their identity — is gone. Outside of client work, you'll find me training for my next obstacle race — I've done a Deka, Tough Mudder, and Spartan, and I'm currently chasing my first Hyrox — catching live music, or hunting for the best meal in whatever city I'm in.
