I really hope you know how special you are.

You are hands down one of the kindest most beautiful
people I have ever known. You have the biggest heart and you genuinely care about people. It’s not something you try to do, it’s just who you are.

There’s a reason everyone you cross paths with loves you. You make people feel comfortable, you make them laugh, you listen, you care and you’re always willing to help someone.

You are beautiful inside and out, and I hope today you realize just how many people love and appreciate you simply for being you. Audrey and I love you so much, and we feel incredibly lucky to have you in our lives.

🏡 Market Value ≠ 🛠️ Replacement Cost

Most homeowners get this wrong: your insurance isn’t based on your home’s market value or what you paid for it.

Homeowners insurance is based on the cost to rebuild your home after a covered loss, not what it would sell for on the market.

This short video explains the difference and why it matters so you don’t end up underinsured or overpaying.

Sometimes being an insurance agent means doing things that aren't necessarily in the job description.

Today I was headed out to take roof photos for one of our insureds because they needed a little help and honestly, I don't mind doing things like that.

Come to find out, they closed on their home back on May 18th and had no idea their roof had actually been replaced in April of 2026. Not only that, but they also didn't realize they had a Class 4 impact resistant roof which can potentially qualify for discounts and provide better protection long term.

This is why we do what we do.

Sometimes insurance isn't just about finding the cheapest option. Sometimes it's about having someone willing to ask questions, educate, advocate, and go the extra mile when needed.
