Sometimes being an insurance agent means doing things that aren't necessarily in the job description.

Today I was headed out to take roof photos for one of our insureds because they needed a little help and honestly, I don't mind doing things like that.

Come to find out, they closed on their home back on May 18th and had no idea their roof had actually been replaced in April of 2026. Not only that, but they also didn't realize they had a Class 4 impact resistant roof which can potentially qualify for discounts and provide better protection long term.

This is why we do what we do.

Sometimes insurance isn't just about finding the cheapest option. Sometimes it's about having someone willing to ask questions, educate, advocate, and go the extra mile when needed.

This couple needed help, so we helped.
