‼️Warning: Be cautious of a suspicious letter circulating regarding “home warranty” using the name State Farm Bank. (Example below)

Major red flag 🚩 the letter uses language like “mortgage lender’s requirements”- but the recipient paid their house off years ago.

A lot of scam letters try to look official by using familiar names and confusing language to get you to act quickly.

If you receive something like this:
Do not click links or call numbers listed in the letter.
Do not provide personal information (SSN, bank info, account numbers)

If you’ve received something you are not sure about, we are more than happy to help you discern the nature of the content. Feel free to bring it by our office or send it to us.
