2021 was a hard year mentally, physically, and financially for many, let’s make 2022 a little easier! 🙏🏼

Check out these client scenarios! In the last two weeks we were able to leverage these clients equity that they had in their homes…

✅ Cash-out refi to lower the clients mortgage rate, removed unnecessary PMI, and pay-off TEN (yes 10) high interest rate credit cards to lower the clients monthly debt obligations by over $900.

✅ Cash-out refi to lower the clients current mortgage rate, payoff over $30,000 in revolving credit card debt and lowering their debt ratio by over 20%. This client is now debt free with the exception of their fixed interest rate mortgage.

✅ Cash-out refi to pay off two unsecured personal loans with rates as high as 23.99%, we also cashed out enough equity for the client to purchase a much needed HVAC system for the home and to purchase a “new to them” used car.
