Davidson County, North Carolina — Breeden Insurance Services and Citizens Insurance Group are pleased to announce a merger agreement between two of Davidson County's oldest insurance agencies. Breeden Insurance Services has served the Piedmont since 1963 and is a third-generation insurance agency with three locations in Lexington, Winston-Salem, and Denton. Citizens Insurance Group, established in 1938, has served Thomasville and the surrounding area for over 80 years. This partnership combines decades of experience, trusted customer relationships, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the community.
The merger reflects a shared vision of strengthening local service while expanding client resources. By combining both organizations' expertise and capabilities, the newly unified agency will offer a broader range of insurance products, enhanced technology, and a stronger team of experienced professionals dedicated to personalized service.
