While most bank employees enjoyed Columbus Day as a holiday, the dedicated team at HSLC came together today for our annual all-employee training day!
It was a great day of learning, laughter, team building, and fellowship. We spent time sharpening our skills, strengthening relationships, and reminding ourselves that a positive attitude can make a tremendous difference in both our work and our lives.
And we made sure to have a little fun along the way! We even had a caricature artist join us to capture some of the personalities that make our team so special!
One of the things I’m most proud of at HSLC is the people who make up our organization. Their dedication to our customers, to one another, and to making our bank better every day is what makes this team special.
I’m grateful for this group and excited about what we’re building together!
