Today, we wear purple in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and stand alongside survivors everywhere. 💜
Wearing purple is more than a symbol. It's a reminder that survivors are seen, supported, and surrounded by a community that cares. Together, we raise awareness, foster hope, and reaffirm that the roots of compassion, advocacy, and support in our communities are strong.
To every survivor: you are valued, you are courageous, and you are not alone.
We would also like to extend special recognition to Geni Osborn, who has been named a recipient of this year's Peace in Kentucky Homes Award. For more than 20 years, Geni has been a dedicated advocate for survivors of intimate partner abuse, offering support, encouragement, and leadership that have helped make a lasting difference in the lives of so many.
Today, we wear purple in support of survivors and in gratitude for advocates like Geni, whose compassion continues to inspire hope and healing. 💜
