Not every conversation turns into a client relationship… and that’s okay. ☺️

Met with someone recently and we just weren’t the right fit for each other. Instead of forcing it, I thanked him for his time, wished him the best, and even connected him with a couple of other lenders who may fit his needs better.✅🏡

At the end of the day, this business is about people, not pressure. Sometimes the best thing you can do is point someone in the right direction, even if it’s not with you.

Funny thing is, being honest and putting people first usually comes back around in the long run and was able to get a few more applications today!

Have to keep on the sunny side ☀️😎

I often say this job takes me all over the map… and that’s exactly what I love about it. 💕

Started the day walking and connecting with an amazing women’s networking group at Midway Town Park. Then headed to Salisbury to sit down with a client and go over home loan options that fit their goals ✅. Finished the day back in Lexington getting a few loans submitted and one step closer to clear to close. 😁

Every day looks different in this life of an On-The-Go Lending Pro. Different people, different stories, different challenges… but that’s what keeps it interesting and rewarding.

No two days are ever the same, but helping people move forward never gets old.

No rest for the weary when you’re living the “on the go lending pro” life.

Today was full of hurdles, celebrating great appraisals, stressing over self-employment income calculations, and nonstop problem solving behind the scenes. But tonight, we submitted a loan that’s heading to get clear to close for a veteran who was once homeless and is now about to own their dream home. 🤗

That right there is WHY I do this.
