What does this mean?

It means buy the house you want. But committing to the house doesn't mean you have to commit to the financing available now forever. Smart homeowners always look for a better financing opportunity, and make the move when the time is right. You can always change your financing to more favorable terms later, should better rates and products become available. And if rates only get worse, then you'll be glad you married the house when you did.😉

Assisting borrowers with getting their mortgages has been rewarding in more ways than just being my job.

Being able to help people move halfway across the country is rewarding

Helping people buy a home when they never thought they could, is rewarding

Fighting for my borrowers to get approved for a loan is so rewarding

Each closing is special in its own way, and I’m so grateful this borrower continued to use me as his loan officer, even when he had the option to use a preferred lender to get closing cost assistance. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
