Tom’s community involvement has included serving on numerous boards, including those of Worldwide Hearts & Hands, Lexington Philharmonic, The UK Gatton School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council, and Child Development Center of the Bluegrass, where he served as board chair. Tom was also the Campaign Chairman of LexArts and Dynamic Doors.

Tom and his wife Amy have three children.

Chris was raised in Frankfort, KY. Upon graduating in 1999 from Hanover College with a Bachelor of Science in Business and minor in Economics, Chris went to work for Baird. Chris joined Tommy Kessinger in 2003 and formed The Kessinger-Lee Financial Group in 2012. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations and has over 14 years experience as a Financial Advisor.

In the community, Chris is an elder at Tates Creek Presbyterian Church and board member to Campus Outreach Lexington.

Chris and his wife Marte have four children. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and coaching and playing soccer in his free time

Ben Kessinger was born and raised in Lexington, KY. He is a third generation Wealth Advisor with Hillard Lyons, along with his brother Tom. Ben graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and after managing bloodstock portfolios and racing syndicates for seven years, joined the Kessinger-Lee Financial Group in 2011. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations.

Through the years, Ben has served on the Legacy Council with University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Foundation and volunteered with Step-by-Step as an event committee member.

Ben and his wife Christie have two children and he enjoys golf, tennis, and skiing in his free time.

Kim Hacker is a native of Nicholasville, Kentucky. She has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Kim has been with Baird for seven years as a Registered Client Service Associate. She obtained her Series 7 and Series 63 in 2003 and 2004 repectively. Kim is a High Net Worth Administrator who handles Complex Account Openings, Trades, Account Maintenance, and ACAT transfers for the Kessinger-Lee Financial Group. She also serves on the Client Service Associate Council.
