Congratulations to first-time homebuyers Caitlin Christman and Coltin Addis! Thank you for trusting KTL with your home financing needs.

Everyone worked hard to get this loan from contract to clear to close in 22 days - which included some required repairs to the home! Everybody involved moved efficiently and worked together toward a common goal.
