It's !

Did you know that the Burj Khalifa at 2,717 feet is officially the tallest building in the world? It's so tall, you can actually catch the sunset twice on the same day by starting at a lower level and then riding the 22MPH elevator to the top for round two!

It's such a large building it takes the window washers 3 full months to wash all of the windows... before turning around and starting all over again. There's a job that's not for the faint of heart 🫣

It's ! Did you know that of the 779 lighthouses still standing in the United States, Boston Lighthouse is the oldest and has been in continuous operation since 1716?

This Lighthouse also holds the distinction of the last American lighthouse to be physically manned by a human keeper! That multi-century chapter finally ended in 2023 when Dr. Sally Snowman retired... the first female keeper in the light's history.

Hello autumn! We are officially wrapping up the first full week of Fall and it has us wondering… where did the summer (and year) go?! Thanksgiving will be here in just 57 days and Christmas arrives in 86 days!

But for now, it’s officially time to swap the pool days, cookouts, and beach trips for crisp, fall foliage, pumpkin-spiced everything, lots of baking, and cooler temps. And honestly? We’re here for it! Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy, enjoyable and prosperous Fall season!

Did you know that pure honey never spoils and can last indefinitely when properly sealed?

Archaeologists actually uncovered a pot of honey dating back some 3,000 years in Egyptian tombs that was still in original form and perfectly edible!

Shout-out to the bees for making such a long-lasting product. There's one less thing to check for expiration dates 😉

It's , and this week we've got a cool tidbit about Amazon. No, not the online retail giant... the rainforest!

Did you know that the Amazon Rainforest is home to 2.5 million different types of insects? Bugs actually account for 90 percent of all living species in the jungle. Ants alone make up for 30 percent of all biomass in the region.

The Amazon is full of adventure and bugs are super cool, but you're still going to want to pack an extra bottle (or 10) of Deep Woods Off when you go!

Did you know the zebra stripe patterns are much like fingerprints on humans? They are truly unique to each individual - no two are the exact same! How crazy is that?!

Oh, and while we're on the subject, we'll set the record straight once and for all: zebras' skin is actually completely black under all that swirly fur. Who knew?

Did you know that there are certain situations where you could be on the hook for auto-related liability, even if your business doesn't own any vehicles?

A Hired & Non-Owned Auto (HNOA) policy could offer the coverage you need!

Hired Auto Coverage applies to vehicles that your business rents, leases or borrows for official business purposes.

Non-Owned Auto Coverage applies when employees use their personal vehicles for business activities such as running errands, making deliveries or traveling to job sites.

While the HNOA policy provides coverage for the business, it does NOT replace the driver's personal policy or extend coverage to damage caused to the vehicle.

That's right - Nebraska is the lone state that is at least 3 states away from the coast in every direction!

So in other words, those frequent flyer points are an extra valuable currency in the Cornhusker State when vacation season rolls around. 😎✈🌴🏖 🌺
