Being a first time homebuyer, I had absolutely no idea what to do for pretty much the whole process. Traci is exceedingly knowledgeable, timely and professional and was there both night and day (literally) to make sure we had everything ready to close on time.

The only thing we'd most likely be inclined to suggest is in the way of somehow improving interoffice/inter-business communications, to help streamline the processing of required documentation conveyance and signoff. That's it; otherwise, nothing but kudos to the company @ Mann Mortgage for making our remote transaction experience a fine one! ;- ) Thank you Traci, for taking taking the time to talk on the phone, if or when we had any question.
