👀I can say for a fact that I am a visual learner! And, about 90% of my clients feel the same way! Getting a loan breakdown is something that I give to everyone, to get a better understanding of what options are available to them. I can compare two-four loan programs side by side, show you what a buy down would do to your payment and where to utilize your seller credit! Having this available to you it crucial, especially with counter offers and what's going to get the winning deal!
