Meet Paige Isley, a valued member of First Commerce Bank’s Loan Department since 2023. Paige takes great pride in ensuring each loan is completed correctly and efficiently, knowing how important these decisions are to customers and their financial well-being. Although her role does not always involve direct customer contact, Paige cherishes every opportunity to interact with customers and works hard behind the scenes to make sure they feel comfortable, valued, and well served throughout the loan process.

Paige encourages customers to always call the bank if they are uncertain about anything related to their accounts, because the First Commerce Bank team is here to help in every way possible. She is grateful to work in an environment where she has felt supported, welcomed, and encouraged to grow since day one. Paige describes her coworkers as a true work family and feels blessed to work alongside such caring people. Outside of work, Paige enjoys antique shopping, taking spontaneous trips with her husband, spending time with her animals, cooking out with family, riding Razors, and making memories with her nieces, Ainsley, Maddie, and Olivia, who she says mean the world to her!

Meet Courtney McCormick, a valued employee at First Commerce Bank since 2016. Courtney, who works in our Bookkeeping Department, enjoys helping customers get answers when something on their account does not look right. She especially likes the “detective work” of researching an unfamiliar charge and helping customers understand exactly what happened. Courtney takes pride in helping people feel more confident and informed about their accounts.

One piece of advice Courtney often shares is simple: if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. She encourages customers to be cautious when using debit cards on Facebook, making online purchases that require wire transfers, or responding to high-pressure offers for vehicles or other items priced far below market value. Courtney is proud of First Commerce Bank’s involvement in the community and the way team members take care of one another. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her family and spending time with friends around the campground.

Meet Caroline Harris, a Loan Assistant at First Commerce Bank’s Murfreesboro branch. Caroline enjoys helping customers make the most of the tools and resources available to them, especially online banking and account alerts. She encourages customers to use these features to stay informed, monitor their finances, and respond quickly to suspicious activity. As scammers often act fast, Caroline believes these simple tools can make a meaningful difference in protecting customers and their accounts.

Caroline is proud to be part of a team that shows genuine support and teamwork every day. She appreciates having coworkers who are willing to share their knowledge, answer questions, and help one another succeed. Their encouragement has played an important role in her own growth, and she is grateful to work alongside people who care deeply about both their employees and customers. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, playing with their dogs, attending sporting events, and traveling together.

We’re growing to serve you even better! First Commerce Bank is proud to announce the completion and opening of our new Operations Center in Lewisburg.

Please join us for a ribbon-cutting celebration on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 9:00 am, as we mark this exciting milestone for our bank, our team, and the communities we serve.

Our new 17,704-square-foot Operations Center provides expanded space designed to improve communication, efficiency, and collaboration as First Commerce Bank continues to grow.

Renovations are also underway across our Lewisburg campus to create an even stronger workplace for the employees who serve our customers every day.

Thank you to our customers for your trust, support, and patience throughout this project. We look forward to continuing to serve you for many years to come!

Meet Mickey Crump, Compliance Officer at First Commerce Bank since 2023. Mickey’s favorite part of helping customers and the community is finding different ways to provide value for as many people as possible. He approaches his role with a heart for service and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Mickey shares a simple but powerful piece of advice: save your money as best you can, and when you need to spend it, spend it with a purpose.

He is proud to be part of a team where camaraderie shines through, even as banking expectations continue to evolve. Mickey enjoys seeing what the team can accomplish together by leaning on each other’s strengths. Outside of work, he gives back to local students and teachers through the Marshall Education Foundation, a role he finds deeply rewarding. He also loves traveling to new places with his wife, being an uncle, grilling at home with family, and spending time at his favorite local spot, Functional Fitness.
