Join us in supporting Chapel Hill students as they head back to school!!!

First Commerce Bank’s Chapel Hill branch is collecting school supplies 📓📚🖍️ for all three local schools, and we would love your help making sure every student starts the year prepared and confident.

Donations can be dropped off at our Chapel Hill branch now through July 31.

Most needed items include:
• Twist-up crayons
• White and colored copy paper
• Loose leaf paper
• Glue sticks
• Highlighters and Expo markers
• Clorox wipes
• Colored pencils
• Composition notebooks
• 3-ring binders

Meet Julie Grissom, who has been a valued part of First Commerce Bank at our Shelbyville Branch since 2022. Julie loves building relationships with customers and helping make their banking easier, whether that means taking time to answer questions or assisting with their banking needs. She enjoys the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s day and be a friendly, smiling face they can count on.

Julie also encourages customers to check their accounts daily, as it can help identify fraud more quickly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Blue, tending to her animals, and spending time outdoors. You can also often find Julie and her family packing up the camper and heading out for a weekend trip whenever they get the chance. We are so grateful to have Julie on the FCB Team!

Meet Kristin Watson, who has been a valued part of First Commerce Bank’s Accounting and Human Resource department since 2022. Kristin enjoys helping people, whether that means assisting a customer, solving a problem, or supporting a coworker. She finds it rewarding to be in a role where she can make a difference for others every day.

Kristin is proud to be part of a team that is committed to serving customers well and truly cares about one another. She appreciates the support and teamwork that make First Commerce Bank such a positive place to work. One of her coworkers stated, “Kristin is such a joy to be around. She is so funny, uplifting and positive and we are grateful to get to work with her!” Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and kids, riding her horse, being outdoors, and hanging out with her dog, Gus.
