Spotlighting Ella! Ella is a senior at Marshall University planning on graduating in December with a bachelor's in management. With over 2 years of risk management knowledge, she takes pride in providing elite customer service and always happy to help assist with people's needs.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys going on walks, shopping, and spending time with friends. She's also a proud cat mom to her cat named Squid! Ella's friendly personality, commitment to our customers, and passion for her job makes her a valued part of the State Farm team!

Spotlighting Jacob! Jacob is a college student working toward graduating in December 2026 from Concord University. He lives and works on a farm, where he has developed a strong appreciation for hard work and rural life. Jacob is also passionate about autism advocacy and supporting greater awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for people with autism. Jacob has been a valued team member for the past 6 months due to his warm personality, and dedication to customers. Outside out work you can find Jacob's hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends. He’s always happy to welcome new faces that walk through the door and provide excellent customer service!

Spotlighting Richard! Richard brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and customer-focused service to the front office at State Farm. As the welcoming face of the agency for the past 16 months, he is committed to creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door or reaches out for assistance.

Before joining State Farm, Richard earned his Master of Fine Arts in Stage Design from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Memphis State University. Outside of the office, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his family and his dog. He's a passionate sports fan who loves watching games and cheering on his favorite teams.

Whether he's greeting customers, helping with their needs, or supporting the team behind the scenes, Richard takes pride in making every interaction a positive one. His creativity, warm personality, and dedication to exceptional service make him a valued member of the State Farm family.

The Good Neighbor Walk/Run has begun! As part of the 100th anniversary celebration, State Farm is hosting a virtual 5k community walk/run event. Registration is open now through May 1.

Join me in this virtual 5K event benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. It’s the perfect opportunity for friends, family and neighbors to come together and celebrate our 100th anniversary.
