“My name is Micki Slife. I’ve been with Lincoln Heritage for 7 1/2 years and with ULA for 3 years.
I live with my partner Scott and I have 4 amazing kids and he brought me 2 wonderful bonus kids.

Before coming to Lincoln Heritage I was a hairdresser in the beauty industry for 16 years. One of my favorite things about my career here is the ability to help people and make a incredible income doing it.

I’ve had many goals over the years that I’ve been able to accomplish. Starting from earning the company trip to Kona, Hawaii and because I had that goal I was able to meet another goal of earning over $100k in my second year of working with Lincoln. I have also been able to achieve and earn my MGA status not once, but twice. And in doing so, I’ve been able to build a incredible team of people that strive every day to help others. I am now actively working towards the goal of becoming the first female SGA. (Senior General Agent)

What brought me to Lincoln Heritage was, a career change was needed. I met Chad Lewis at an agent recruiting event. He was so humble, and excited about his career. He was so personable and easy to talk to. Showing how rewarding being a six figure earner could be! I have since then been a Top producing agent with ULA and LH Funeral Advantage for the past 2 1/2yrs, now being a six figure producer myself!Coming from the cosmetology industry of 26 years, what an amazing journey. To have two careers that you are truly passionate about is a blessing. I’m a mother of three sons and one beautiful daughter. I love to cook, workout, and travel. Throughout life my goal is to always strive for the best and enjoy the fruits of my labor. Funny story, my teenage son said “yeah Mom I was kind of nervous when you were talking about quitting the hair business for Insurance “.... omg has she lost it? How are we going to eat? Everyone loved my Dad because he was so joyful, had a gift of gab, and was a great salesman. If I could have dinner with him my eldest brother & grandma what a love celebration it would be. My goals are to continue working with ULA and Lincoln Heritage helping families at the worst time of their lives, having a peace of mind. Making what I’m worth financially (a lot), buying a new home, going on all expense paid for company vacations, and telling others about this awesome opportunity. In 2015, before devoting my work full time to Lincoln Heritage, I was a project manager at a warehouse company in marketing/print production. Juggling my career, work/life balance, was a huge adjustment to obtaining my success. I needed a significant change to my life and family.
