The Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" for families with sick children, and they need our help restocking everyday essentials.

These are the items we are still in need of:
- Dishwasher Detergent
- Hand Soap
- Clorox / Lysol Disinfectant wipes
- Toilet Paper
- Swiffer mops
- Laundry detergent pods
- Soap dispensing brushes
- White Bath towels
- Travel-size toiletries

Community Bank Delaware presented a $5,000 donation to the Old-Fashioned Sussex County 4th of July Celebration at the Georgetown Speedway.
This revitalized celebration honors America’s historic milestone as the nation prepares to commemorate 250 years of independence. Designed to bring neighbors together in the true spirit of freedom, unity, and hometown pride, the family-friendly event features live entertainment, food vendors, community showcases, a full carnival midway, and fireworks. Most importantly, proceeds from this year’s celebration will benefit its 2026 designated charitable partners, the Georgetown Fire Department and Georgetown EMS Station 93, helping strengthen local programs and services that directly impact families across Sussex County.
